RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to provide the best shopping experience, but if you need to exchange a product, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues, wrong products received, or manufacturing defects.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Customer Should inform us 48 Hours after Delivery in any Case.
- NOTE : In case of any defects or issues with your order, an opening video of the parcel is mandatory for us to process a replacement or further assistance.
- NOTE : No Exchange Or Retrun Or Replacement On Sale Item (In Product Titel we have Mention SALE)
- NOTE : NO REFUND IN ANY CASE.
Return Process
- If the issue is from our end (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will arrange a return pickup (if Pickup is Not Possible You Have To Courier & we will Pay Shipping Charges).
- If the issue is not from our end (e.g., size exchange, change of preference), the customer must send the product to our return address and Have to Pay Shipping Charges.
Exchange Dispatch
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check.
- After approval, the exchange item will be dispatched at the earliest.
